A trade reference is another supplier you already buy from on credit, who can confirm you pay on time. We may contact them. Only needed if you want a credit account.
Terms of trade (summary). Prices are shown ex VAT. Goods stay ours until paid for. Returns are accepted within 14 days in line with our returns policy. Credit accounts must pay within the agreed terms; we may charge interest and costs on late payment as the law allows, and we may withdraw credit at any time.
Personal guarantee. For a limited company with a credit account, a director is asked to personally guarantee payment of the account. We will send a separate guarantee form for the director to sign; the account is not final until we have it.
Privacy. We use the details you give to assess your application, to run your account, and to contact you about it. We may contact the trade references you name and check public records such as Companies House. We keep it only as long as we need to and do not sell it. You can ask to see or delete it by contacting us.
